Client Rights and Ownership

Clients retain full ownership and songwriting credit for their original work. Lyric Punch does not claim any ownership or copyright over the client's original lyrics or any revisions made by Lyric Punch.

Promotional Use

By using our services, clients grant Lyric Punch the right to use any work we have done for them to promote our services. This includes, but is not limited to, referring to the fact that we worked on a specific song, or with an artist or musician.

Payment Terms

Clients are required to make full payment before Lyric Punch commences work on their project. Payment is processed through the payment page on the Lyric Punch website. Once payment is received, Lyric Punch will begin work on the client's project as per the agreed-upon service package.

Data Security

Lyric Punch is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information. We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you submit an application or make a payment. All transactions are processed through a secure payment gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.

Confidentiality
